INKWALA Return and Refund Policy

At INKWALA, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Digital Products
1.1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital products.
1.2. File Issues: If you experience any issues with your digital download, please contact us at hello@inkwala.co, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
2. Physical Products
We work with Printful to fulfill our print on demand products, such as apparel and art prints.
2.1. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem at hello@inkwala.co.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us.
2.2. Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
2.3. Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
2.4. Returned by Customer – It is best to advise us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to your item’s specific size guide in the product’s description before purchase.
3. Return and Refund Eligibility
3.1. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
3.2. How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@inkwala.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3.3. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1. Reporting Issues:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@inkwala.co within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
4.2. Resolution:
- We will review the issue and, if approved, will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you or provide a refund.
5. Exchanges
5.1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@inkwala.co.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1. Customer Responsibility:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6.2. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
